By booking an appointment with The Detailer Oldham, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below. Please read them carefully.
The Detailer Oldham provides professional car detailing services, including exterior and interior cleaning, paint correction, machine polishing, and ceramic coatings. Services are designed to enhance the appearance and protection of your vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine a vehicle is unsuitable for treatment due to safety, condition, or other concerns.
Clients must be 18 years or older to book our services. For mobile services, access to a safe, legal parking location with adequate space may be required. Clients are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information at the time of booking.
Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is payable in full at the time of your appointment.
You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance — your deposit will transfer to the new booking.
Changes made within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit. A new deposit is required for rescheduling.
Cancellations at any time will forfeit the deposit.
No-shows will lose their deposit and must pay in full upfront for any future bookings.
In some cases, we may issue a 24-hour payment request via email or SMS. Failure to respond will result in cancellation and deposit loss.
If The Detailer Oldham cancels your appointment, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, subject to availability.
All payments must be made in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major debit/credit cards and online payments. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Detailing outcomes may vary based on the condition of your vehicle, previous paintwork, and usage habits. While we aim to achieve the best possible finish, specific results are not guaranteed.
For optimal results, clients are advised to follow aftercare instructions (e.g., curing times for ceramic coatings or avoiding car washes for a set period). Failure to follow guidance may affect longevity and quality of the finish.
Clients must inform us of any issues with their vehicle that may pose a risk (e.g., electrical faults, leaks). The Detailer Oldham is not liable for damages resulting from undisclosed vehicle conditions.
The Detailer Oldham and its staff are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the use of our services, except as required by law. Clients assume full responsibility for their vehicle once informed consent is given for services.
